LEAD NUTRITION COACH
Lindsey is a former D1 Track & Field Athlete at UMass c/o '11 and the owner and founder of Rise Up Nutrition LLC. She now runs local road & trail races from 5k to marathon. She was inducted into her high school athletics hall of fame in 2019. Prior to starting this amazing biz, she worked as a Sports RD at the University of Georgia, Florida State University, and as lead tacticial dietitian with US Air Force Special Operations. She also contracts with the University of Texas San Antonio and supports our US Military Troops with tactical nutrition. Lindsey currently lives in Texas. She is on a mission to help female athletes overcome disordered eating and use food as fuel to perform their best.
NUTRITION SUCCESS COACH
Jenna is a marathon runner, doggie lover, registered dietitian and sports nutritionist. Notably, she has raced in the NYC Marathon and Marine Corp Marathon among many others. In addition to fueling female athletes here at Rise Up Nutrition, she is also the Sports Nutritionist for NY Islanders NHL and AHL Organization. She has worked with many collegiate and professional athletes including PGA tour, IMG Academy, Penn State and University of Pennsylvania athletics.
Jennifer Riggs is a certified hypnotherapist focusing on emotional integration to produce positive changes... incredibly helpful for many of our clients needing additional mindset support! She earned her Hypnotist certification through OMNI Hypnosis in Deland, FL. In addition to that certification she has taken courses in Regression Hypnotherapy: Advanced Concepts and Methods, The Power of Releasing Negative Feelings and Healing the Body Using the Mind. She is also certified in The Emotion Code (a method of releasing negative emotions), and is a Reiki Master/Teacher. Jennifer helps clients using techniques such as regression hypnosis, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping), connecting to the Inner Child, guided meditation, breath work, and more.
ASSISTANT & PODCAST MANAGER
Ruby Wyles is a current student-athlete running indoor and outdoor track and cross country at the NCAA Division 1 level: she also competes in triathlon. Ruby is originally from the United Kingdom where she received 4 offers to attend medical school. Ruby made the leap across the pond to pursue her athletic ambitions alongside majoring in exercise physiology and psychology. Ruby looks to take her running to the professional level, accompanied by a career in sport medicine and dietetics. Here at Rise Up Nutrition, Ruby works as my assistant, and takes the lead on our podcast, the Female Athlete Nutrition Podcast. While you might not directly interact with Ruby, she works hard behind the scenes to help Rise Up Nutrition run smoothly.
